Qualifications

• Experience in planning medium/large scale MEP projects is essential.
• Proficiency in Asta or Primavera P6 is required.
• Construction site experience is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate internal planning meetings with stakeholders.
• Ensure timely production of planning outputs for contract reviews.
• Monitor progress and productivity against project plans.
• Update contract baselines according to changes.
• Perform Time/Risk analysis with Project Manager.
• Participate in bid activity with the Business Development department.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and legislation.

Skills

Experience working as a planner or senior planner on medium/large scale MEP projects

Asta or Primavera P6

Construction site experience

Rail project experience (desirable)

Experience of NEC 3 contracts (desirable)
