A contemporary menswear brand is seeking a Product Development & Production Consultant to manage the production process and work closely with the founder. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in menswear, with the ability to source factories and maintain production standards. This is a hybrid role that requires strong negotiation and organisational skills, with a focus on aligning production realities with creative milestones. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience specialising in contemporary or luxury menswear.
• Strong experience in product development across multiple categories.
• Proven ability to guide new or early-stage brands.
• Experience working with menswear factories in the UK and Europe.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end production process.
• Source and onboard menswear factories.
• Track and manage samples and orders.
• Maintain production and quality standards.
