About the Company

Our client is a highly regarded M&E Contractor based in Bournemouth. With a strong reputation for delivering complex projects across commercial developments, education, leisure, and public services, the business continues to expand and is now seeking a Senior Mechanical Project Manager to join their leadership team.

The Role

This senior position will oversee the delivery of mechanical projects from pre-construction through to completion. The role requires technical expertise in mechanical building services, strong leadership, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of mechanical projects across diverse sectors.
  • Provide technical oversight on mechanical systems including HVAC, heating, ventilation, chilled water, and sustainable technologies.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, building regulations, and health & safety requirements.
  • Mentor and support project engineers and site teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency improvements in project delivery.
