Senior Marketing Executive

£35,000 + package

With significant growth underway, this leading ecommerce business is continuing to develop a high-performing Brand & Marketing team. Well known in the market for both exceptional product quality and an outstanding people-first culture, it’s an exciting time to join.

Reporting into the Head of Marketing, you’ll play a key role within a highly collaborative team. I’m looking for an experienced Marketing / Campaign Specialist with either in-house D2C experience or integrated agency background.

You’ll have a strong understanding of all marketing channels, with proven experience briefing campaigns, coordinating channel teams and overseeing asset creation.

Success in this role hinges on excellent project management, multi-channel campaign planning, and the ability to report on performance and drive optimisation. Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to influence across the business are attributes that will benefit you in this role.

Key responsibilities
  • Assisting in the continued development of Campaign Marketing strategy, supporting overall brand development and brand awareness, driving new customer acquisitions and support with NPD and promotional strategies.
  • Lead in the planning and coordination of multi-channel campaigns / Campaign Calendar, from initial briefing through to final sign off – including checking and co-ordinating amends.
  • Multi-Channel campaigns across OOH, Digital (Email, Social Media, Content and Web). PR and Events and offline marketing : DM, Leaflets, POS.
  • Tracking of KPI’s including campaign measurement and brand metrics.
  • Liaising with cross team / channel managers and external agencies across Media Creative.
Key Skills & Attributes
  • Previous experience in a similar role with a proven track record in building brand through multi-channel campaign planning and marketing communications
  • Experience where you have created and owned a Campaign Calendar
  • Multi-channel / cross-channel understanding and asset creation experience
  • Team player with excellent inter-personal and communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence others
  • Agency management experience
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and consistently evolving environment, managing multiple projects
