Qualifications

• Proven experience in New Product Introduction (NPI).
• Familiarity with Six Sigma/LEAN methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

• Lead production readiness activities and create Work Instructions.
• Structure and maintain accurate Production BOMs.
• Support the Production Manager and monitor Engineering Manufacturing KPIs.
