Our EMEA Regional Marketing team is responsible for driving global engagement at scale through the development and execution of region wide, vertical- and account-specific marketing campaigns; the development and activation of offering led growth programs, and high-end events, with the ultimate goal of making selling easier and being the voice of marketing to our GTM teams in region.
As the Senior Marketing Manager (North), you’ll lead strategic marketing initiatives across your region and assigned industry, helping shape Pega’s brand presence and drive growth. You’ll design and execute demand generation campaigns, deliver Account-Based Marketing for key strategic accounts, and align marketing efforts with regional business goals to grow pipeline and ACV. This role blends strategic planning with hands‑on execution and cross‑functional collaboration. You’ll also manage and develop a team of three, fostering high performance and impact.
You excel at working with a diverse set of functions and levels and leading the group to consensus on a plan that will serve the priorities of the programs for the region. You also need to be an excellent multi‑tasker, able to juggle competing priorities and appropriately manage the expectations of stakeholders.
