Job description

Senior Manager, Feasibility and Development Finance (EAME), you will play a critical role in shaping Hyatt's growth across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. Reporting to the Vice President, Owners Relations & Feasibility EAME, you will provide support to Feasibility and other key departments by (i) preparing pro-formas and (ii) analyzing, structuring, evaluating, and negotiating a wide range of business issues and potential transactions, focusing specifically on the impact of the issue/deal on the economics of Hyatt Hotels Corporation (HHC) and its partners.

This role can be based in London or Zurich depending on the candidate's location and right to work.

Your Responsibilities
  • Lead financial underwriting and feasibility analyses for hotel management projects across the EAME region, working closely with Operations, Revenue Management, Finance, Design Services, and external partners.
  • Cover projects across multiple brands, markets, and contract structures, based on regional and team priorities.
  • Conduct extensive market research for new development opportunities and contribute to asset management initiatives for existing hotels.
  • Prepare market‑level lodging forecasts and impact analyses for key EAME markets.
  • Prepare impact reports for potential future Hyatt hotels to determine their impact on existing Hyatt hotels in the same market.
  • Participate in analyses and recommendations for major capital projects at Hyatt‑owned assets.
  • Develop and refine financial tools and analytical processes to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of feasibility work.
  • Support developers in evaluating, structuring, and negotiating transactions involving multiple stakeholders and forms of capital participation.
  • Provide financial insights, modeling support, and strategic recommendations for existing contracts and new initiatives.
  • Assist in preparing materials for internal committees, owners, and development presentations.
  • Mentor and train junior team members, fostering strong analytical capabilities and professional growth.
  • Independently manage complex, time‑sensitive projects while contributing to ad hoc strategic analyses as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Hotel Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong experience in underwriting, financial analysis, asset management, or development‑related roles.
  • Strong understanding of the hotel landscape across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.
  • Prior hospitality feasibility experience with an owner, brand, operator, or consulting firm strongly preferred.
  • Advanced Excel skills with a solid grasp of best practices in financial modeling; proficiency in PowerPoint and Word.
  • Experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
  • Strategic thinker with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to see the broader business picture.
  • Strong presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English; additional European languages are an advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects independently and deliver results on time.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 30%.
