Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of monthly management accounts.
• Ensure accuracy and control across P&L, balance sheet, and cashflow.
• Lead the annual budgeting process and monthly forecasts.
• Support group-level reporting to align financial insight and standards.
• Business partner with non-finance stakeholders to drive informed decision-making.
• Manage and mentor a team of four finance professionals.
• Identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies.
• Support the external audit process.
