Overview

We're now looking for a talented and driven Senior Management Accountant to help shape the financial insight that powers our strategic decisions and supports our evolving business.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the month-end close process, including journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Conduct detailed variance analysis against budgets and forecasts, providing clear explanations and recommendations
  • Prepare and present monthly financial performance reports, KPI analysis, and ad-hoc reports to senior stakeholders
  • Support budgeting and forecasting by collaborating with department heads to align financial targets with strategic goals
  • Monitor and analyse business costs, identifying opportunities for efficiency and performance improvement
  • Mentor and support junior accounting staff, promoting best practices and professional development
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and statutory requirements
  • Maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Champion continuous improvement in financial processes and reporting standards
What We're Looking For

We're after a confident, qualified finance professional (ACCA, ACA, or CIMA) with solid experience in management accounting and a sharp eye for both detail and strategy. You'll be fluent in Excel, familiar with ERP systems like Netsuite or SAP, and comfortable presenting financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.
