Qualifications

• RICS, CIOB accredited Building Surveying degree or equivalent qualification.
• A PCA QT level qualification or willingness to complete it.
• Great knowledge of housing legislation and building compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Maintenance Surveyors.
• Manage performance and provide strategic direction for the surveying team.
• Be the technical expert and lead on complex repairs.
