Due to growth and opportunities in Wales and the South-West, we are recruiting a Managing / Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor with significant experience in Mechanical and Electrical systems to support and grow our M&E cost management team in the region. This role offers the chance to develop and lead our MEP offering in Wales, working with peers across the business to provide excellent service.
As a Managing / Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor, you'll be responsible for delivering work driven by excellence and integrity. You will have the opportunity to lead our M&E service, supported by our Head of Cost Management and the National Head of M&E services. You'll work on high-profile projects across sectors including infrastructure, education, corporate real estate, retail, residential, aviation, and healthcare. Building long-term relationships with clients and supporting colleagues' career growth will be key parts of your role.
