Responsibilities

• Negotiate and execute business related sale and purchase documentation.
• Provide commercially focused legal support to the LNG team.
• Advise on contentious LNG matters.
• Review confidentiality agreements and pre-contractual documentation.

Skills

Excellent understanding of compliance

Attention to detail

Ability to build solid working relationships

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Post-qualification experience as a lawyer in LNG

Qualified as a solicitor in the UK
