We are currently seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join the UK, Capital Markets and Advisory Legal Function in the Leveraged and Acquisition Finance and Event Financing Legal team.
The role of Senior Legal Counsel is to provide a high quality, timely and cost effective origination support and transaction execution service to the Leveraged & Acquisition Finance "(LAF)" and Event Financing businesses in London, Paris, Dusseldorf, Dubai and the US, primarily to support the structuring and execution of leveraged finance, event financing, growth markets, infrastructure and investment grade loan financings.
