A respected law firm in Stamford, Lincolnshire, is seeking a Senior Legal Assistant for the Commercial Property & Agriculture Department. The role involves typing, maintaining records, and supporting client communications. Candidates should possess a secretarial qualification or equivalent experience, and demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office. A positive attitude and ability to work under pressure are essential. The position offers a salary of £24,650.00 with opportunities for flexible working and collaboration across various legal areas.
The Senior Legal Assistant will be required to work closely with the other Senior Legal Assistants within the team and provide cover as necessary.
They will be supported by the document production team, who produce letters and documents through manual transcription, digital dictation and voice recognition.
They will have client contact and should be able to deal with client enquiries in the first instance, therefore need to keep themselves up-to-date with matters in their area(s).
Hours of Work: 09.00 – 17.15 hrs – Monday to Friday (36.25 hours per week)

Secretarial qualification, equivalent experience or a Law Graduate.
