Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as an IT System Administrator or Engineer, ideally in telecoms or ISP environments.
• Skilled in Windows, Linux, and VMware systems.
• Hands-on experience with Network Management Systems.
• Familiar with security technologies including AV/EDR and SIEM.
• Ability to script in Python or PowerShell.
• Eligible to maintain DV security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and operate Windows, Linux, and VMware platforms.
• Create and maintain platform documentation including designs.
• Support customer deployments and IT Health Checks.
• Collaborate closely with Architecture, Engineering, NOC, and SOC teams.
