Key Responsibilities
  • Support a range of AV/IT, multimedia and technology‑enabled teaching and learning solutions.
  • Install, maintain and troubleshoot Audio‑Visual facilities across the University.
  • Provide support to staff and students in the use of learning technologies, including web conferencing and event support.
  • Deliver clear instructions and demonstrations on IT and AV equipment.
  • Interpret and design technical schematics for equipment setup and system development.
  • Adapt support to meet the needs of diverse academic disciplines.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Extensive experience in AV and IT technical support within a customer‑facing environment.
