Responsibilities

• End-to-end SIPP administration across multiple books of business, including complex cases.
• Reconciliation and transfer management of client accounts to new schemes.
• Client service excellence, covering benefit calculations, drawdowns, disinvestments and bank reconciliations.
• Stakeholder coordination with internal teams, clients, IFAs, and receiving schemes.
• Leadership and mentoring, supporting junior colleagues and identifying process improvements.
