A leading refrigeration services company is seeking an experienced Industrial Refrigeration Supervisor to oversee operations in Scotland. The role includes managing technical teams, ensuring optimal performance across multiple client sites, and providing technical support. Candidates should have service supervision experience in the RAC sector and relevant technical qualifications. Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Relevant service supervision experience in the RAC sector and mobile service operations.
• Time Served Industrial Refrigeration Engineer.
• Proactive approach to all tasks undertaken.

Responsibilities

• P&L responsibility for all quoted service works.
• Technical and practical support to regional service engineers.
• Completion of all service engineer functions including call out rota.

Skills

Service supervision experience in the RAC sector

Good technical knowledge of Industrial systems

Commercial and negotiation skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Good Working knowledge of Microsoft software

Education

City & Guilds 2078 / 2079 F-Gas Refrigerant Handling
