Qualifications

  • Good understanding of the Preconstruction process from client acquisition to project initiation.
  • Experience in Commercial Interiors, Corporate Fit‑out Business, or relevant industry experience.
  • Ability to mentor junior team members on projects.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate estimating proposals from scope identification to final costing.
  • Review plans, drawings, and specifications for understanding materials and time required.
  • Collaborate with the Delivery team in planning phases prior to project initiation.
  • Review drawings and highlight potential constructability issues and value engineering.
  • Conduct subcontractor bid processes for consistency in bidding scope.
  • Ensure project schedules support estimating and purchasing.
  • Produce and present complete project budgets to clients.
  • Ensure project profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Build and nurture subcontractor relationships.
