Job summary

A major organisation in infrastructure and capital projects is looking for an experienced Health & Safety Advisor based in Brighton. The role involves ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation, supporting project teams, and influencing safety culture across multiple sites. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in H&S advisory roles and strong knowledge of UK legislation. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary of £50,000 - £55,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Health & Safety advisory role within construction.
• Strong knowledge of UK H&S legislation and CDM 2015 Regulations.
• Confident communicator with strong investigation, interviewing, and report-writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and monitor performance against H&S objectives.
• Provide expert H&S advice in line with legislation.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and investigations.

Education

NEBOSH Diploma (Level 6) or equivalent
