A leading HR technology firm in the UK is seeking a professional to manage their core HR systems, primarily using Workday. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in the Workday ecosystem, focusing on configuration and enhancements of core modules. Responsibilities include leading system projects, providing expertise on modules, and identifying system improvements. The role requires strong analytical skills and effective communication abilities with stakeholders.
Aberdeens HR Systems Squad sits within the Corporate Technology Office and is responsible for managing Aberdeens core HR systems with Workday being its strategic tool of choice. A roadmap ahead will enhance our systems architecture over the next 3 years.
Substantial experience working within the Workday ecosystem with significant exposure to configuring and developing core Workday modules.
Strong continuous improvement focus with high attention to detail and the ability to work independently across a wide range of stakeholders.
Proven experience in configuring, maintaining and enhancing Workday processes including compensation.
Completion of Workday training backed up with extensive practical application ideally covering Workday core HCM, compensation, absence and recruiting.
Experience in additional Workday modules is desirable.
Expertise in Extend integrations and reporting would be advantageous.
Able to communicate effectively to non‑technical stakeholders to establish requirements and identify optimal solutions.
Full‑Time
