Senior HR Business Partner / HR Manager – 12 Month FTC.

Location :

Central Manchester (Hybrid – 3 days in-office)

Contract :

Fixed Term (12 months)

We are looking for a professional and capable Senior HR Business Partner / HR Manager to our client’s Manchester location on a 12-month fixed term contract.

This is a unique opportunity to work within a high‑performing and collaborative team, implementing strategy and partnering senior stakeholders.

The role
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to the leadership team and colleagues across a range of HR topics
  • Driving performance, engagement, performance optimisation, and professional development strategies
  • Leading and supporting people‑related projects, ensuring compliance and excellence
  • Champion well‑being, equity, and inclusivity in the workplace
  • Collaborate with global teams in a matrixed environment to deliver best‑in‑class HR support
Our client is looking for :
  • Proven experience in employee relations as well as broader generalist HR activities
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for people and culture
  • Experience within a professional setting e.g. financial services, professional services or similar and ideally within a global / matrixed setting
