Job summary

A successful HR consultancy located in Epsom is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to provide expert guidance on HR policies and UK employment law. In this role, you will manage recruitment, support employee relations, and ensure compliance with HR policies. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, strong communication skills, and a CIPD qualification or equivalent.
