Overview

An organisation based in Central London are looking for a Senior HR Advisor to join the team. The role is fully office-based in a well-connected Central London location.

Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of a broad range of HR activities, with a strong focus on day-to-day operations, employee relations, recruitment coordination, HR administration and HRIS system administration.
  • Provide HR advisory support and manage employee relations matters.
  • Coordinate recruitment processes and contribute to HR projects and procedures.
  • Prepare and analyse HR data and reports to support decision-making.
Requirements / Qualifications
  • The ideal candidate will be an experienced HR Advisor or HR Generalist with strong ER knowledge and a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach.
  • Ideally hold a CIPD qualification or be qualified by experience.
  • Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail; flexible, hands-on approach.

The salary on offer is up to £55,000 per annum dependent on experience.
