A regional mental health service provider is looking for a motivated Senior HR Advisor to join their HR team in Maidstone. This role involves managing Employee Relations cases, providing support to HR Business Partners, and developing HR policies. The ideal candidate must hold a CIPD L5 qualification and have experience in an HR setting. The position is available as both a 12-month fixed-term and a permanent role. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior HR Advisor to join our dynamic HR team. To provide a professional, comprehensive, and timely Employee Relations service to Directorates or Corporate departments and to ensure the HR Business Unit delivers an exceptional, professional, effective, and efficient service to the Trust as measured by internal service level agreements or key performance indicators.
To take the lead on specific areas e.g. Agenda for Change, Equality and Diversity, Recruitment, and HR communications as directed by the Employee Relations Manager.
The post holder must hold a full, valid, UK driving licence and have access to a car/vehicle to use for business purposes (unless you have a disability as defined by the Equality Act 2010).
