A prominent healthcare organization is seeking an interim HR professional with a focus on Employee Relations in London. The role involves managing complex ER cases, providing HR advisory services, and requires CIPD Level 5 qualification. Candidates should have experience in stakeholder management and a strong understanding of HR trends in the healthcare sector. The position demands on-site presence for a minimum of 3 days per week and offers an opportunity to contribute significantly in a fast-paced environment.
We are currently supporting a large healthcare organisation based in London in the appointment of an interim HR professional, with a focus on Employee Relations advice and cases including absence, disciplinary, grievances, investigations and performance management.
The position will initially be for 3 months; this is due to a current review taking place within the team structure following the implementation of the HR information system.
Due to the existing team working onsite in the main, there will need to be a presence onsite for a minimum of 3 days per week and this site is in South London.
