An established and employee‑owned civil engineering consultancy is expanding its Infrastructure team due to sustained growth and increasing workload. They are seeking Senior Engineers with a consultancy background who specialise in highways design, drainage design, or both, and who are comfortable working across multidisciplinary development projects. This opportunity suits engineers who enjoy technical ownership, client‑facing work, and mentoring junior staff, while contributing to the delivery of high‑quality infrastructure solutions across the public and private sectors.
Depending on your background and strengths, you will work on highways, drainage, or integrated infrastructure schemes, supporting projects from early feasibility and planning through to detailed design and construction. You will be involved in project delivery, technical design, client coordination and supporting junior engineers, with scope to broaden your skillset where desired.
