  • Engaging with stakeholders to embed a positive health and safety culture across corporate offices.
  • Leading on operational safety protocols and supporting risk assessments.
  • Managing contractor and supplier compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Supporting the integration and management of ISO standards (ISO 45001, 14001, 9001).
  • Delivering staff training and awareness programmes.

Senior Health and Safety Advisor

Location: Southeast (Surrey/London)

Salary: Up to £65,000 plus 10% bonus and benefits

Reporting to the Corporate Health and Safety Lead, you\'ll help shape governance, contractor management, supply chain safety, and training across a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
  • Engaging with stakeholders to embed a positive health and safety culture across corporate offices and facilities
  • Leading on operational safety protocols and supporting risk assessments across property operations
  • Managing contractor and supplier compliance with health and safety standards
  • Supporting the integration and management of ISO standards (ISO 45001, 14001, 9001)
  • Delivering staff training and awareness programmes to ensure compliance
Qualifications
  • NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) and professional membership (IOSH, IIRSM, or similar)

  • Strong ability to influence and engage senior management and external contractors
