Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in a related role.
• Knowledge of CDM regulations and IOSH managing safely.
• Experience with Legionella Control (L8).

Responsibilities

• Oversee hard FM service delivery and monitor supply chain services.
• Ensure engineers are qualified and maintain safe working environments.
• Provide out of hours engineering cover and participate in management meetings.
• Act as the first point of contact for staff absence and performance matters.
• Audit processes to ensure consistency and safety in service delivery.
