A leading media company seeks a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to enhance performance marketing strategies within their subscriptions Growth Squad. This hybrid role offers a salary range of £40,000 to £60,000, with three days in-office and two from home. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in performance marketing, a strong understanding of CAC and LTV, and will play a key role in achieving growth targets. As Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you'll be embedded in our subscriptions Growth Squad, partnering with peers across Growth, Brand, CRO, Product and Analytics. Reporting to the Growth Director, you'll manage performance marketing, driving efficiency and optimising CAC: LTV through paid media, creative optimisation, channel mix, budget allocation, and landing page testing.
This is a role for an action-oriented marketer. You'll excel at experimentation, take ownership of your results, and play a critical part in delivering FY26 growth targets.
The expected range for this role is £40,000 - £60,000
This is a Hybrid role from our Bath or London Office, working three days from the office, two from home.
