A leading financial services company is looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Executive to drive growth in the UK and US markets. The role focuses on managing paid search campaigns while supporting social media and affiliate marketing efforts. Our Growth Marketing team
We are looking for a results-driven Senior Growth Marketing Executive to help us grow our UK and US business primarily through paid search whilst also supporting our paid social and affiliate marketing activity.
This role is ideal for someone with hands‑on experience running paid search campaigns who’s eager to deepen their skills across performance channels like Google, Microsoft, Apple Ads as well as Meta and TikTok.
You’ll join our Growth Marketing team at Monzo and report into Ashil Shavdia Growth Marketing Lead (Business Banking). You’ll work closely with our Paid Search Manager, Paid Social Manager and collaborate with Brand, Product and Data teams to deliver impactful results.
