A prominent financial services organization is looking for a Senior Group Procurement and Partner Manager to lead their procurement strategies in Professional Services and Temporary Staffing. This role involves managing a team, executing sourcing strategies, and negotiating with key suppliers. The position offers a salary of £80,000-£95,000 with various benefits, including a generous bonus structure and private medical cover. We have an incredible opportunity to join us at Phoenix Group as a Senior Group Procurement and Partner Manager – Professional Services and Temporary Staffing, joining our Group Procurement and Partner Management team.
12 month Fixed Term Contract
Based in one of our offices in Edinburgh, London, Birmingham or Telford with hybrid working and expectation to travel when required.

The role holder will be responsible for executing on the strategic plan for the category, developing sourcing strategies for all Professional Services and Temporary Staffing Services, and managing related demand processes. They will manage a team of two Procurement professionals, overseeing the sourcing of services and the management of several key suppliers.
This individual will be required to execute the category strategy, have exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to drive efficiency and value through strategic sourcing, commercial and supplier management. They will oversee the end‑to‑end process: sourcing, supplier management, commercial and contract negotiations, supplier management and cost optimisation to support the company's objectives.
