Job summary

A global logistics company is seeking a Senior Director, Business Process, ERP & Transformation to lead the design and implementation of business processes as part of a global ERP transformation. The role involves collaboration with stakeholders, management of process changes, and ensuring compliance with governance standards. Ideal candidates have over 5 years of experience in leading ERP programmes and in people management, particularly in multinational contexts. This position supports a hybrid work model located in the UK or Europe.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years proven experience in leading global process transformation within ERP programmes.
  • 5+ years in people management/leadership roles.
  • Experience working in multinational environments with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems and reporting platforms.
  • Experience with Business Process Architecture.
  • Expertise in operational excellence and process improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead definition and harmonization of global business processes.
  • Collaborate with functional leaders to co-create process design principles and KPIs.
  • Oversee pilot implementations and global rollouts.
  • Establish Global Process Ownership as a key element of the Operating Model.
  • Support change management initiatives by identifying process impacts.
  • Ensure processes comply with internal controls, regulatory requirements.
