Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Delivery Lead in an agile software environment.
• Proven success leading a cross-functional delivery team and managing complex product backlogs.
• Experience in customer-facing delivery and stakeholder engagement in enterprise or B2B contexts.
• Experience in CPG, ESG, or sustainability-related domains is highly desirable.
• Exposure to project delivery management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the product backlog while leading customer engagement throughout discovery, implementation, and release.
• Act as the key interface between customers, internal stakeholders, and the delivery team.
• Bridge time zones and maintain strong communication between regions.

Skills

Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Proficiency with backlog and delivery tools (Azure DevOps, Jira)

Working knowledge of design and prototyping tools (Figma, Miro)
