Salary: £42,000 – £52,000.

A specialist consultancy based in Glasgow are seeking an eager Senior Geo-Environmental Consultant to join their team on a variety of new contaminated land and ground investigation projects across the Central Belt. With other 20 years of experience in the industry and over 40 members of staff, you’ll be provided with excellent opportunities to continue developing skills and progress your career while exposed to a variety of projects.

As a Senior Geo-Environmental Consultant you’ll be leading and overseeing site investigations, contaminated land risk assessments and Phase 1 Desktop Studies. You’ll also be writing and reviewing factual and interpretive reports, project managing, liaising closely with clients and training junior members of the team.

Therefore, the Senior Geo-Environmental Consultant successful in their application must have:

• Experience as a geotechnical/geo-environmental engineer or consultant.
• A degree in geology, geoscience, environmental engineering, environmental science, physical geography or geotechnical engineering.
• Hold a clean and valid UK Driving licence.
• Live near Glasgow.
• A full right to work in the UK is also essential.
• Working towards or have achieved chartership.
