What you’ll do

We’re looking for a Senior Flutter Developer with strong hands‑on mobile application development experience. You will take wireframes and technical requirements and turn them into polished prototypes that demonstrate the potential of future product ideas, with Flutter as your primary tool for delivery.

• Independently build, publish and deploy high‑fidelity prototypes built with Flutter for Android and iOS.
• Architect Flutter codebases for rapid prototyping with a clean, maintainable structure.
• Collaborate closely with peers to refine user flows and validate ideas.
• Present and demo prototypes to senior stakeholders and internal teams.
• Work in a hybrid setup, ideally onsite at least two days per week for device testing and team collaboration.

What you’ll bring

• Expert‑level knowledge of Flutter 3 and Dart 3, applied in a commercial product or project within the past 12 months
• Strong understanding of Flutter architecture and state management (BLoC, Provider, Riverpod)
• Experience developing iOS App Clips using Flutter
• Proven track record publishing apps via TestFlight and Google Play Console
• Knowledge of WebRTC and device discovery protocols (DIAL, Bluetooth discovery, mDNS, network‑based scanning)
• Solid understanding of core web technologies: HTML, JavaScript, CSS
• Strong UI/UX implementation skills, with experience converting static designs into functional prototypes in collaboration with designers
• Ability to clearly present work to stakeholders, explain technical decisions, and adapt quickly to changing requirements and new technologies
• Nice‑to‑have skills: modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (React, Next.js, SolidJS), native iOS/Android development (Swift, Kotlin), cloud services (AWS), 3D/real‑time frameworks (WebGL, Three.js, Unity), AI/ML concepts (LLM, MCP), and hardware prototyping (electronics, 3D printing, CAD)

We’re a small, multi‑disciplinary team of engineers within Global Design Engineering, exploring future product experiences for Sky and Comcast. We create high‑fidelity prototypes that shape the product roadmap, from next‑generation mobile apps and TV interfaces to hardware concepts and AI‑driven interactions. Each project lasts a few months, giving us the freedom to explore new ideas, technologies and interaction models without being tied to long product cycles.
