Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Manager - London

At Third Space, FP&A is a strategic partner to the business. This role plays a crucial role in shaping strategy, uncovering opportunities, and driving performance across the organisation. If you are passionate about problem-solving, delivering actionable insights, and collaborating with teams to drive meaningful change, this is your chance to make a real impact.

This is an integral role within our finance team reporting into the Head of FP&A, working closely with senior leadership and with oversight over the full business.

What You'll Do
  • Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, partnering with functional heads to develop, review and analyse budgets and forecasts
  • Support delivery of long-range planning
  • Build a deep understanding of the business, key drivers and financial model
  • Proactively provide analysis and insights to support performance management, highlighting and managing risks and opportunities
  • Act as a strategic finance partner to senior leadership - delivering actionable insights to support decision-making, drive financial performance and enhance member experience
  • Prepare business cases to support investments and business initiatives, including ROI analysis, sensitivity analysis and post-investment appraisals
  • Manage long-term cash flow forecasting to support financial planning and resource allocation
  • Aid in the implementation and enhancement of financial systems, ensuring data integrity and automation
  • Develop and mentor the FP&A Analyst, helping to enhance capability within the team
What You'll Bring
