The Role:Senior Faculty Administrators are responsible for leading the administration function for the faculty in a way which contributes to the B3 metrics KPI, and most importantly student success. They are responsible in ensuring the administration for the faculty is completed to a high standard with accurate data and records provided for internal and external meetings etc.
Senior Faculty Administrators (SFA) directly manage Faculty Administration Officers (FAO) to ensure high quality delivery of clerical services and administrative records across academic levels.
They are responsible to ensure that FAOs provide general faculty administration which results in consistent, accurate and timely responses to student needs and enquiries. Senior Faculty Administrators are responsible in developing a strong administrative relationship with student retention team, academic services and other relevant stakeholders to support all students within their faculty, including at-risk students.
