Job description
Overview

We are looking for a Senior Facilities Manager to lead a safe, and compliant workplace, with clear ownership of facilities and health and safety. You will have the scope to improve service quality, strengthen compliance and make a visible difference day–to–day operations.

You will lead our facilities and health and safety function to deliver a reliable, efficient and practical service. This includes setting clear standards, holding suppliers to account, partnering with our landlord/agents, and ensuring robust statutory compliance across office, hybrid and field–based working. You will steward the operational budget and drive continuous improvement, so colleagues and visitors experience a smooth, well–run workplace.

This role is subject to a basic Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check as part of our pre–employment due diligence.

Responsibilities
  • Lead day–to–day facilities services to clear SLAs and KPIs—lifting quality, responsiveness and user experience.
  • Own health and safety leadership and assurance across office, hybrid and field roles–keeping people safe and confident.
  • Manage supplier performance and key contracts, using evidence to drive value and improvements.
  • Plan and control the facilities budget, verifying invoices and using data to inform decisions and savings.
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders, providing timely updates on works, incidents and improvements.
  • Lead, coach and grow the facilities team–setting clear goals, unlocking individual strengths and building a high–trust, high–performance culture.

Have an unwavering commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion.

Benefits

In return for their commitment and enthusiasm, employees can expect a rewarding and challenging work environment, good work–life balance and workload plus an excellent benefits package that includes:

  • 30 days holiday (plus bank holidays) with the option to buy an additional 5 days.
  • Flexible working arrangements.
  • Career breaks and sabbaticals.

Life assurance, season ticket loan, bike loan and many more.
