Were launching a brand-new Purchasing & Procurement team to support our growing portfolio of Private Equity (PE)-owned business. This is a rare chance to get in at the ground floor of a high-performing commercially focused group with a clear mandate to deliver value fast.

Your key responsibilities

As a Senior Executive within our Procurement team youd assist in aspects of business origination including pitches and presentations to potential clients to help sell work and leading project delivery working with senior client stakeholders within tight timeframes for some of EYs most demanding clients. As a consultant youll advise clients across all sectors supportingkey decision makersin developing and executing winning procurement strategies.

You would also be expected to contributeto our practice development initiatives supporting the continued focus onour teamas a great place to work.

What Youll Be Doing :

Shape and execute procurement strategies across multiple industries and spend categories.

• Work directly with portfolio company leadership including CFOs COOs and Procurement Heads.
• Drive cost optimization supplier consolidation and process transformation.
• Establish core tools processes and systems as were building this function from the ground up.
• Lead or contribute to value creation initiatives in post-acquisition environments.

Skills and attributes for success

• Backgrounds in procurement sourcing commercial operations or consulting.
• Experience in or exposure to PE-backed businesses.
• Commercially driven and results-oriented; thrives in build-from-scratch environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and comfort working across a multi-entity portfolio.

To qualify for the role you must have

Solid background in a major procurement consulting business.

Experience in or exposure to PE-backed businesses.
