A growing international company in the education and design sector is seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support a small team of Directors. In this dynamic role, you will manage diaries, coordinate meetings across time zones, and prepare essential documents to keep everyone aligned. The ideal candidate is organized, a strong communicator, and able to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. This position offers a salary between £40,000 - £50,000, along with various perks including an annual bonus and flexible working options.
We’re looking for a confident, proactive Executive Assistant to work closely with a small team of busy Directors leading a growing, international business in the education and design sector. This is a hands-on, varied role where no two days are the same. You’ll be the person who keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes – managing diaries, coordinating meetings across time zones, following up on key actions, and helping the leadership team stay one step ahead.
