Qualifications

• 5+ years estimating experience in groundworks, RC frame, or infrastructure.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills essential.
• Experience in team management highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates for groundworks, structures, and infrastructure projects.
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for cost data.
• Provide commercial advice to senior management.
• Manage workload and support the estimating team.
• Participate in tender interviews.
