• Infrastructure Main Contractor background ideally in the Civil engineering market.
• Commercial or operational background considered.
• Evidence of right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Undertake estimates in accordance with the SZC policies and procedures.
• Review SZC's drawings and specifications to prepare accurate costing sheets.
• Oversee design options and value solutions based on estimating principles.
• Mentor and support junior members of the team.
• Identify risks and opportunities from a pricing/budgetary point of view.

Skills

Proficient in Excel

Excellent client facing/communication skills

Education

Chartered by relevant industry recognised chartership e.g., ICE, CICES, RICS, CIOB
