Job description

We are looking for a main contractor s Senior Estimator on the behalf of a Tonbridge-based firm with a broad portfolio of interesting, bespoke, high quality community projects (libraries, schools, leisure centres and housing) in the £5m to £20m value range.

The company has a successful, 50 year history and the role has been brought about in line with the planned expansion of the commercial team with intentions to double company turnover to £100m a year over the next two years.

Reporting to the Commercial Director, this will be a largely autonomous role so the successful candidate will be expected to produce estimates from BOQs, spec and drawings and gives scope for innovation in finding value engineering solutions to optimise designs and methodology.
