  • Manage day-to-day setting out and surveying tasks.
  • Assist the site manager with quality system paperwork.

Job description

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Engineer to work on a significant Energy project on the Isle of Skye.

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to contribute to the development of vital infrastructure in a remote and beautiful location.

We can pay outside IR35 or CIS.

Duties
  • Ensure compliance with method statements and risk assessments
  • Responsible for day to day Setting out and Surveying
  • Reviewing Designs
  • Monitoring of movement, vibration levels, noise levels, material certification etc
  • Checking calibration of survey equipment
  • Ensuring reference points are preserved
  • Producing short term programmes
  • Arranging material deliveries
  • Assisting the Site manager with site returns and quality system paperwork
