I’m currently supporting a Tier 1 civil engineering contractor on a long-term, high-profile project in Plymouth, and we’re looking for an experiencedSenior Engineerto join the growing site team.

This is an excellent opportunity to take a leading role in delivering complex, multidisciplinary engineering works across defence, maritime, energy and major infrastructure.

What you’ll be doing
  • Lead and mentor site engineers
  • Oversee RAMS, ITPs, temporary works briefs, progress reporting and QA documentation
  • Manage dimensional control, site setting out and survey activities
  • Ensure quality standards, compliance and accurate as-builts
  • Support supply chain coordination and performance
  • Contribute to planning, procurement, materials forecasting and site documentation
  • Drive safe systems of work and support the site management team
What we’re looking for
  • Degree / HNC in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
  • 3–5 years experience in civils, infrastructure or marine works
  • Strong understanding of quality management and construction methodology
  • Proficient with AutoCAD and Microsoft Suite
  • Confident communicator able to challenge designs and solve problems
  • Full UK Driving Licence
