• 4+ years' PQE with strong transactional experience.
• Experience in the oil & gas sector (M&A, project development, financing).
• Ability to assess and manage risk.

Responsibilities

• Advise on upstream M&A, project development, midstream and downstream financing.
• Build and maintain client relationships in the oil & gas and LNG sectors.
• Contribute to the growth of the practice through strategic initiatives.
