We’re looking for a Senior Employee Relations Advisor to join our supportive ER team at Croydon Health Services. As a Senior ER Advisor, you’ll work closely with the ER Manager, ER Advisor, and HR Business Partnering team to provide a proactive and people-centred ER service. Your key responsibilities will include:
