• Seven (7) years of experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations, and Labor Relations.
• Ten (10) years of experience in Human Resources preferred.
• Certification in Human Resources.

• Provides strategic guidance and consultation to resolve employee/labor relations issues.
• Leads internal investigations related to misconduct and policy violations.
• Supports administration of Collective Bargaining Agreements.
