Job Overview

Arm is best known for the smartphone CPU and GPU technology connecting billions of people all over the world. Now we are building new software teams to take us to the next level. Technology built on Arm is all around us, from industrial and automotive applications, to the IoT, to the desktop and data centre. ‘Wherever Computing Happens’, we need to enable Arm by providing software solutions that interface higher-level software stacks with the hardware itself.

Responsibilities

Our Open Source Software group is enabling new Arm architecture in projects such as kernel, firmware, system control and driver development, for a variety of target markets. Software on Arm must be fast, efficient and secure, and support the very latest Arm architectural features. We're looking for software engineers with experience writing low-level C code. As well as the technical work of writing patches to implement new functionality, improve performance and enable new Arm architecture, you will enjoy working as part of the wider open source community.
